If you wish to request a refund for a product purchased from DiaperMarket, you must first send clear photos and a video of the received product showing the issue or reason for the refund.

Our team will review the photos and video. Once the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 1–2 working days.

Refund requests without the required photos and video may not be accepted.
